COUNTRIES WITH LOWEST RATE OF PRISONERS

Central African Republic has the lowest rate of prisoners in the world. Only 16 people per lakh of population is undergoing imprisonment. Then come Comoros and Faroe Islands with 19 followed by Republic of Guinea with 26. Seychelles has the worlds highest prisonnrste with 799 per lakh. Second highest in the world is USA with 693. England and Wales 102nd position with 147.
