'FORTUNE' FROM LUCKY BAMBOO

There are said to be some fortune plants which brings luck, wealth and so on. Common among those is the Lucky Bamboo. The fortune inflow is depending upon the stalks the plant has.

According to Chinese faith the stalks bring fortune like these:
Two stalks represent love, and also double the luck.
Three stalks represent wealth, happiness and long life.
Five represent wealth and ideal to give someone who wish to have business growth.
Six bring luck and prosperity.
Seven give wealth, happiness and good health.
Eight motivate and enhance luck.
Nine is good fortune.
Ten make completion and perfection
Twenty one represent abundance and blessings.

The preferred plants are two, three and seven layers. Each of these have their own special gifts.

In fact these Lucky Bamboo plants have not surfaced overnight. In the Chinese culture it has a history of over 4000 years. In the Asian culture it denotes fortune and were used in celebrations like new year and other religious functions. It is an household plant, easy to care and grows well in indirect sunlight. Though people think it is real bamboo plant, it is a tropical water lily called Dracaena Sanderana. Lucky Bamboo plant is one of the most popular Feng Shui cures said to bring good luck and prosperity to the place where it is grown.
