Person with ego is hated by all. Friends would be avoiding them. Success would be evading them. According to Bhagavad Gita 3:27 "Ego misleads a human to think he/she is supremo." Bhagavad Gita also suggests how to escape from the mortal existence when you, "Renounce your egoism  and develop a universal vision of oneness and unity in which you will not hold on to any limited belief, judgement or perception."  The Bible too says about egoism. "It is easier for the camel to pass through the eye of a needle, than the wealthy to enter into the kingdom of heaven." Here the wealth indicates ego as the real possession of man is the Holy Spirit and if it is replaced with the self or the ego, it would be absolutely  impossible for him to attain the kingdom of God. "The girl at the gate  said to Peter, "Aren't you also one of the disciples of that man?" "No, I am not." Answered Peter.. (John 18:17) Here we find two things. One is that the girl referes Jesus so carelessly, "... that man". Had she knows that she was referring the Supreme One, the Creator of the world, no words would have come out of her mouth. This is what is happening even today amongst ourselves. We are all unable to know the God and His greatness. In the other one, Peter so bluntly says that he doesn't know his all powerful Supreme Leader. Let us understand the truth that most of the people in the world look at the God without realising Him. He is therefore, known as the father of artificial intelligence in the world. The rapid growth as well as struggle of this technology was in the 1980s. However, in the 1970s itself, the first anthropomorphic robot was built in Japan, during this period. "I have already told you that I am he," Jesus said. "If, then, you are looking for me, let these others go." (John 18:8) With these words, Lord Jesus Christ confirmed to the Father that what He has said become true. He assured the Father, "Father, I have not lost even one of those you gave me." By doing so the Supreme Sacrifice was fully confined to the Supreme One.

"When Jesus said to them, "I am he," they moved back and fell to the ground. Again Jesus asked to them, "Who is it you are looking for?" "Jesus of Nazareth ", they said." (John 18:6 & 7) Men of those time, without knowing what they were doing, were trying to accuse the Creator of the entire universe, and being the purest of all, who came to the world as a human being, was absorbing all the negatives of humanity to clean them and save them. The men there looked at Him as a huge sinner deserving to be executed. Those men did not know that He Himself offered to be sacrificed to save them too. The symptoms they could witness and feel instantly, when they moved back and fallen to the ground.

"Jesus of Nazareth," they answered. "I am he," He said. Judas, the traitor, was standing there with them. All was set for the first scene of the Supreme Sacrifice. God Himself have come to the world as man to get Himself sacrificed to save the entire humanity from a certain destruction. All necessary elements like the traitor, the representatives of the rulers, the religious leaders, the Pharisees and the like and more than the required soldiers were assembled there to arrest the most Pure and legitimate One of the whole universe. And that is how the sacrifice began in the garden to save the entire mankind. . K V George 

WORD THAT WORTH  "Jesus knew everything that was going to happen to Him, so He stepped forward and asked them, "Who is it that you are looking for?" (John 18:4) Let us remember here that the sacrifice of Lord Jesus Christ was well planned and fixed in minute details because it was the decision by God Himself. All the charectors in this were specially created for. Thie must be the greatest thing ever happened in the world; that is, God Himself is sacrificing Himself for His own humans. K V George 

"I in them and You in me, so that they may be completely one, in order that the world may know that you sent me and that you love them as you love me " (John 17:23) This is what we must say the love of God.  And this is absolutely pure love. God's love is always pure and it is not in fractions for sharing. It is always full and total. If we can understand this love and share with God as well as our neighbours, our external life is certain. Let us love God and our fellow humans! K V George 

"I gave them the same glory you gave me, so that they may be one, just as you and I are one." (John 17:22) What Jesus says here is humanly impossible. We live here for our glory. All those we get we retain with us to glorify more and more. Wheres the God who possess the whole glory in Him has no reluctance to share it with our beloved people. "I pray that they may all be one. Father! May they be in us, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they be one, so that the world will believe that you no are in me." (John 17:21) Here we find Jesus the Son of God pray to the Father for all those with Him. Jesus, as He wholly surrendered to the Almighty Father wishes to place  all His people at the mercy of the Supreme One. As He and the Father are One in Themselves wishes all His people also be with them. This is the Divine sharing! "I gave themq your message, and the world hated them, because they do not belong to the world." (John 17:14) Lord Jesus Christ tells His Father about the assignment entrusted upon Him by the Father. The Son  who came to the world to teach the human beings about the noble advice the Supreme One.gave. However  instead of availing the best opportunity to attain the Eternal Life in the Heaven, they bluntly rejected it. For  quite sometime our mode of protest remains the same. We the people as a whole of some regions confront with some serious problems and then look at each other's faces and remain there murmering something. Some fellow suddenly arrive at the scene. He places himself at some tall spot and start delivering a speech by accusing some departments and officials. By the time some of his chelas reach  with some flags. The neta  then form a procession and leads the affected people to some offices and shout big slogans. At the office the  neta gives some threatening speech. It continues for a day or two. The people are normally led to stop vehicular traffic, forcefully down the shutters of all shops of the area. And it continues for two or three days. Police arrives the place and arrest some people. We  all quite frequently say that I know him very well. We say that we are so conversant to him, know all about his family and we are so well versed about his character. In fact do we know what we utter? Not at all must be the answer. Now let us turn back to ourselves and ask the same question. Do we know ourselves? If so to what extent? Our answer may be so paltry and too petty because we do not know anything about ourselves but pretend to know all about others. It is the same thing that makes us to curse others and praise ourselves. All that others do are wrong and all that we do are right. Almost all human beings are suffering from this mental trauma. It is nothing but an idiotic state of mind. We do not know about ourselves is the truth, but we are reluctant to admit it. We act as if we know all about ourselves. And that befool us. During 2022 the revenue from tourism to the state is USD 552.69 million (Rs 4,500 crores) Projected earnings from Tourism in top countries of the world are: (In billion USD) USA - 190.4 China - 154.1 Germany - 66.23 Japan - 40.28 UK - 39.14 (Published by Statista Research Department on March 15, 2023) From the above list it could be found that how paltry is the earnings from Tourism in Kerala in comparison with the above countries. Our concerned departments and tourism specialists may have enough explanations to substantiate our poor performance. However, before straightening our backborn we must ask ourselves about what we have done to enhance the revenue from tourism. When we individually take the tourist destinations like beaches, forest with wild animals, boating through lakes, large greenary filled land, series of green and black hills etc,  there may be many better beaches, forests etc in different countr...

Many of us feel that we are misunderstood by others. Those include our own family members, our close friends and relatives, our superiors and coworkers and the list may go on and on. Why it happens so? Is it so that we are not able to present our true self. Generally people on first sight of a new one who could be moved around closely in the future, create a person in him. Later if the same person is found in him, he may fall in the category of the expected personality. Even a minor variation noticed shall make him a strange one and all that is observed in him shall be seen as strange and negative. Those around us always expect our personality to be one matching with their design. If not, we cannot be in the category of good one. They will never try to see the true person in us. For quite sometime the fishing community in Kerala have been trying to highlight their adversity at various levels. Unfortunately no one could offer a lasting solution for these. Petty helps like subsidised food or kerosene or something of that sort would do nothing to uplift this oppressed community. More effective and lasting approaches should be adopted.
