WHAT DO OUR PRAYERS TO GOD MEAN?
We all pray God irrespective of our faith in the religions we belong to. In fact, many of us or even most of us pray God are not our own prayers. Those prayers are drafted, printed and made into huge number of books and sold among the believers. They pray these to God as their own. In Christianity almost all prayers to God are in printed book forms. Jesus Christ has told us in unequivocal words how to pray God. "When you pray, go into your room, close the door and pray to your Father, who is with you in secret, and your Father who sees what do you do in secret will reward you." (Mathew 6:6)
We believe that God is our creator and also of everything in the whole universe. We also believe that the Almighty One is Omniscient and ubiquitous. He is Truth and Justice too. He is the Father of each one of us. If it is so, do we need a mediator to communicate with Him? Not at all. As Jesus told us we can get into our room, close the door and secretly communicate with Him. All that we want to say we can tell Him. He will patiently hear us because He is God the Father.
