FIND AN END TO HUMAN KILLINGS IN KASHMIR

Killings in Kashmir by Pak sponsored terrorists takes place almost every day. Whether it is Indian or Pakistani, killings of human beings on either side should not be happened. There is  not even single incident that Indian soldiers have entered Pak territory and killed anyone there, other than countering an attack or intrusion. On the other hand, government sponsored terrorists are intruding into our country on a daily basis and killing the villagers and soldiers without in provocation. This must be stopped forthwith.

Discussing this matter with the Pak government or their authorised representatives are of no use as we have already had many discussions but with no avail. Government of India may take up this matter to UN as early as possible. We must prefer a claim of INR ten crores for every Indian killed, either a soldier or an ordinary person, within our territory by  Pak soldiers or by terrorists. Similarly every drone intruded into our aerial space should be claimed for a minimum amount of INR ten cores. This amount should be paid to us within 30 days of the bill of claim. In case they fail to make the payment within the stipulated time, we should have the right to attach land to an equal value from their territory close to our border.  This may be got ratified by UN. If this could be done immediately Pak nuisance can be prevented to certain extent.
