Can we ever play for World Cup?
In order to answer this we must know what we lack in world level. We must train a new team specially created. Though this writer is not an expert footballer, I have been watching this game at various levels for the past over sixty years. I don't think that Indian team is lacking much in world class football. If our coaches and the other trainers can ensure the following other than the normal training, we can reach at the top level of world football.
1. 100% accuracy in supply from any angle.
2. 100% receipt from anywhere.
3. 100% accuracy to goal when run and shoot from any angle.
4. 100% accuracy in free kicks.
5. Effective check at defence area.
6. And finally, a well trained goalkeeper.
If these much can be ensured we can play against any teams in the world.
