We may find below the median age of some selected countries. While it is Niger with 15.4 years holds the lowest median age in the world, Monaco with 53.1 years is the highest. It is the median age of a country that determines the strength of the man power. If the country with low median age get adequate resources and  proper governance, development will be unbound.

It can be seen from the above list that India is ideally placed for massive activities. World's largest work force is waiting to produce huge amount of goods for the whole world. It is the government to lead this country to the forefront of GDP pci in the world.
