In fact the present situation is brought by the government and the people together. The money collected from various sources should have been used for the day today need, comfort and upliftment of the people. Instead of doing those they have spent the money for procuring war weapons.

All said and done, now let us look at what can be practically done for the people. Here is a suggestion. The government as well as the people may look at it and evaluate the pros and cons and then discuss with the Government of India. The following are the key points.
The people and the government try to understand the fact that India is not an enemy of Pakistan. India will never come by its own to have a war with Pakistan. If you don't attack, India will not do anything by its own against Pakistan.
India can take care of the safety and security of Pakistan. You may have to disperse the entire existing defence establishments; the Army, Airforce and the Navy.
You may deposit all your arms and ammunition including all nuclear arsenal and all war related equipments with India. If you want to sell these to us, India may buy these from you.
You can discuss with our government in detail about all that you want us to do for the people in education, agriculture, industry, welfare of the people etc.
The existing dispute between Pakistan and Balochistan may be settled in the presence of India.
Above all you may withdraw all your claims towards the Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
If this is agreeable, Pakistan may have immediate discussion with the Government of India.
If both countries are entered into an agreement based on the above proposal, Pakistan may have safety and security, development of the country and welfare and peaceful living of the people of Pakistan.
