SAFETY OF FEMALE ARTISTS IN FILM FIELD



Kerala is a very unsafe place for women. A good looking woman cannot even go out to a public place even after sun set. According to the records of Kerala Police crime against women in Kerala from 2019 to 2024 (October) is given below.

These cases are about the ordinary humans of the society who are normally confined within their houses. In the film field men and women are working together irrespective of any time and place restrictions. Film personalities are looked at by the common man as very respected ones. In our neighbouring states they are even treated like god's. There are female actresses in Tamil Nadu who are having temples in their names built by their fans in Thiruchirappally and Thirunelveli.

However, when the sexual aberration of some male members from the cine field have gone beyond limits the women belonging to the acting profession were constrained to report the matter to the concerned association, media etc.  And that forced the government to appoint a commission for an extensive enquiry on the matter. All said and done, when the woman is looked as weak and man much stronger, the so called 'weak woman' should realise the truth that their population in India is enough to install or demolish a government. As such they need not bow their heads for anything and everything in front of powerful male.

Whether it is cinema or any other profession women should not remain submissive to men. Anything found injustice happened to them should be taken to the appropriate forum instantly. It is now the women should think whether the following should be added into our law or not. "Punishment for rape should be - removal from the world. Any sexual violence against grownup and children should be life imprisonment."
