ANOTHER WORLD AROUND US !

Can you imagine that you are living in an area surrounded by high Walls. We can neither see anything outside the wall nor hear anything from there. Sometimes while jumping we may get a glimpse of something outside. Since it is only for a short while, we cannot identify anything from that vision. That may be in a different dimension. However some abnormal or unseen things fell into our vision remain with us for some time.  Normally we call these visions as dreams. Depending upon the clarity of the vision and post analysis of what is seen we may interpret and disclose to others. Normally they may not get any idea of it is all about. Then, sometimes together we may keep interpreting it. These can be based on our aspirations, fear etc. There may not be any imaginary vision registered in our eyes. It is like a camera. All photos taken are real only. Nothing imaginary. However in the absence of proper light or irregular focusing the image may not look like the original one. Then we may misinterpret to our preference. Dreams are vision similar to this.

DO WE NEED TRADE UNIONS ANY MORE?

Finally the communist government have forced to impose curbs on the Trade Unions in the state to mitigate the unbearable actions taken by them. Trade Unions have come into being when employees were put on hardships by the employers. The time have been changed since then. Now it is our own government and our own laws. All safety, security and welfare measures are ensured for the employee of all types. No third party is now required to safeguard justice for employees. Appropriate forums are established for employees to register their complaints either singularly or jointly. Therefore, as far as employees are concerned, they do not need any assistance from Trade Unions today. Trade Unions are now functioning as power centres of political parties.
