Out of these cases, over 1,69,000 are pending in different Districts and High Courts for over 30 years. As on 2022 December about 85% of these cases are pending in District Courts. Surprisingly the government itself is the biggest litigant having 50% of these cases are sponsored by the state. And most interestingly India has the largest number of court cases pending in the world. As per strategy paper of the Niti Aayog submitted in 2018, it would take about 324 years to clear the backlog at the prevailing rate of disposal. What is happened in Russia is mere a surprise act or a planned one? If planned, who are behind it? Is it all planned internally as an eye wash to end Ukraine tussle? Is China behind this game? If so what is their gain? If China played the game, it may continue after an interval. They may come with large forces and weapons to help the friendly country. Unexpectedly someone may be found missing or even face something serious. The real problem will be surfaced soon and the Western Countries may jump into conclusion. But that may not be enough for the trespasser to withdraw. However, I gave a little hint about this in my post on Chinese encroachment in Arunachal Pradesh on 2nd June 2023. Without much of a conversation or controversy we can boldly say that in another few years we can eradicate unemployment from India. If our government wishes, it can be easily achieved without much of an investment through the annual budget allocation. Hence the government do not have any bearing on this. However the government has to take a decision in this regard. It should be like this: 1. No collateral security should be asked for by banks for loan upto five crores. There are good number of highly intelligent engineers and technicians and also qualified youth from other branches of education who are unable to offer any collateral security to avail the loan for any manufacturing or service industry. If timely help is not extended to these youngsters they may perish with their dreams. They would otherwise become great asset for this country. 2. Report published by Malayala Manorama on 27th May 2023 shows the intensity and velocity of spread of narcotics consumption in Kerala schools. The situation is extremely dangerous rather becoming an imminent catastrophe. According to a list prepared by the Excise Intelligence team, 250 schools were seriously affected by narcotics use among school children in last September. This is now reported to have risen to 1100 schools now. Narcotics distribution agents are reportedly mooving around the schools freely. If this is allowed to be continued like this, the future of Kerala would be quite dark. All the concerned government departments alongwith the school management and teachers, parents of the school children, religious leaders, voluntary organisations etc should jointly put their best efforts to eradicate this cancerous vice from our society as early as possible. Current population of China is 141.72 Cr.(Current population of India is 143.81 Cr) If we look back the population of China was 552 million in 1950, 91.64 cr in 1975 and 126.26 cr in 2000.(During the same period Indian population was 359 million, which makes 65%  in 1950, 61.13 cr which is 66% in 1975 and 105.79 cr which is 84%  in 2000) The population of USA in 1950 was 15.13 cr, 1975 21.6 cr, in 2000 it was 28.14 cr and the current population is 34.01 cr (2024). When we look at the wealth status of China, their GDP in 1950 was around $40 billion (at the current dollar value), in 1975 it was around $273 billion and in 2000 it was around $1.2 trillions. During the same period the GDP of India were, in 1950 approx $22 billion (in 1990 PPP dollar), in 1975 approx  $98 billion (current US dollar) and in 2000 it was around $480 billion. (Image courtesy, Deccan Herald) The right to freedom of speech and expression and the right to assemble peacefully without arms, as provided in article 19 (1)(a)(b) of the constitution of India make Indians eligible to protest against anything (as being experienced in different parts of the country from time to time) The total amount of destructions caused by protests in the modern India must be beyond estimation. The strike, hartal, bundh etc are not the choice of the people. The polititians of the country make the call and the people belonging to the respective parties obey them and cause the destruction. The financial debacle of  Kerala State is the outcome of the protests and strikes made by the Trade Unions from the middle of the 20th century which consequently driven away hundreds of industries from the state. These people cannot find faults in the government or in other words the sole person that rule them and destine their destiny. This person is not elected by them and the whole people together have no control over this one man government. China's state managed General Admission of Press and Publications (GAPP) has the legal authority to screen, censor and ban any print, electronic and internet publications. Gmail, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and many other social media sites are banned in China. Foreign media has practically no access to Chinese people. Chinese have no access to international TV. In this twenty first century we call it slavery. While we Indians can interact with people from almost all countries,  not the Chinese people, though we love them from our hearts....

According to the book, Corruption in India, written by Professor Bibek Debroy and Laveesh Bhandari Rs 921 billion or 1.26% of our GDP is transacted through corruptive means. Corruption in India is not just born overnight. It is prevailing here for long and finally our  billion population have admitted it as part of their life. Even the most poor one while going to a government office for any service carry something in his pocket. Why corruption is rampant in our country? Don't we have adequate laws to prevent corruption? Is there any lenience in those meant for picking the offenders? All these put together must be the reason for the growth of corruption in our country. When Karuvannur bank case first came to lime light it was taken as banking anomaly. The amount involved was about Rs 300 cr. Consequent upon the investigation by the central agency it is found to be a clear case of theft of public money. The amount lost by the criminal activities by the bank's own officials is reported to be over Rs 700 cr. It is not Karuvannur bank alone now, but there are about ten banks in the state have been used by the political criminals. The total loss of money stolen by these thieves, the number of victims and the exact amount lost by each is yet to be found. More important is the actual number of criminals involved in this is yet to be identified. Since it is a very serious matter and the recurrence of such crimes should be got rid of at any cost it is suggested that the Central Finance Ministry make take this as a serious issue and take appropriate remedial measures. According to National Crime Record Bureau report of 2021, Kochi ranked third in the country with 1,603.7 crimes per lakh population. The second position was held by Surat with 1,675 crimes per lakh and national capital New Delhi ranked the top with 1859 crimes. While it was Kerala ranked number one in the country with 1,477.2 per lakh, Nagaland was the lowest with 67.2 crimes per lakh population in the case of states.  As per Mathrubhumi news report there were 337 murders in 2021 in Kerala which is the highest number in the last 5 years. Another report by Mathrubhumi shows that there were 270 murders and 576 murder attempts upto October 2022. As per a report by Nirmal Jovial in The Week updated on 17 May 2023, there were 27,545 drug related arrests in Kerala which is 29.4 % of the total cases registered in India. According to the findings of the University of Alaska mosquitoes are living in this world for 226 million years. Average life span of mosquito is 42-56 days for female and 10 days for male. On 20th August 1897 Ross discovered in a laboratory experiment in Secunderabad the role of Anopheles mosquitoes in transmitting malaria parasites. Since then man has found that mosquitoes are the carriers of highest number of diseases in the world. Mosquitoes are the deadliest creature on earth killing over seven lakh people every year. Brazil, Indonesia, Malasia and Thailand have highest mosquitoe species in the world. About 4,00,000 deaths take place every year in Sub-Saharan Africa due to mosquitoes. According to WHO,  in 2020 there were 241 millions cases of malaria across the world. As per Gates Foundation the cost of eradicating malaria from the world by 2040 will cost between $90 billion and $120 billion. Our concept of God is mainly fed by the religion we belong to. We are generally taught by the age old theories of God clubbed with a long list of laws which are strictly to be adhered to. Our success in obeying the laws lead us to heaven and the failure to comply those may throw us to hell is the prime teaching of almost all religions. Charector formation of human beings must be the principle aim of the religious teachings. If we closely follow our own paternal religion we can find that much effort is not provided to link man with God. This however make man to keep a distance away from the Supreme One. Now, if we make an independent pursuit of the Almighty One, may be after a prolonged quest we shall  certainly reach in ourselves. The moment we realise that the Almighty One is within ourselves we will have a strong feeling of love and compassion in us and we are within the eternal truth. Just think about  Each of our success and failure is determined by natural laws or divine justice concerned with us. Just think about  Anyone who believes in Jesus Christ may certainly see Him in this world, may be at close by. Nothing with mass moves faster than light. When we take the universe as a sphere, the diameter comes to 93 billion light years. In other words the travelling time from one end of the universe to the other it takes the same 93 billion light years. This is the physical travelling time. However, if we mark a spot at the border of the universe and we make a mental travel it is instant.  In the case of mental travel distance is not a matter. For instance, in mental travel, the duration of travel to the moon or to the sun or to the galaxy or finally to the end of the universe, it is the same time. All religions say that God is Omnipresent. When we have God in Kochi, He is in New York and in Tokyo too. And also He is in every minute point of this universe. His travelling time from any place to any place is zero. And that is the height of velocity! Just think about  When someone thinks about to deceive and hurt anyone in most instances such people get an internal warning to avoid it. As a total contradiction to this, congress have a mere 53 seats in the current Lok Sabha. What made the party to go for this head down fall?  In fact no one else caused this. It is a self made one. A leading daily of Kerala came out with a news bit sometimes back alongwith a photo of Collector of Pathanamthitta speaking in a film festival. Some people have taken it like an unforgivable crime committed by her. In fact what is wrong with it? Film festival itself is an entertainment matter. She was neither presenting an annual budget of the country nor delivering a welcome speach to honour a great foreign personality.  Let us try to learn to ignore what is to be ignored. All unwanted subjects should not be bundled and put on the head and supply to others. It can only stink all. This is nothing but the short coming in our educational syllabus in school. As per news reports an average of two lakhs illegal immigrants were deported by US between 2013 and 2024. But the worst form of deportation was the  104 numbers of the Indians deported recently with hand cuffs and chain on the legs. These people were not heinous criminals who  need such amount of safety precautions. When they were to be brought in a special defence flight this could have avoided. Alternatively they could have handed over to the Consulate General of India in US or the Indian Embassy with the instruction to deport them in one stretch immediately. It is not the first time that Indians deported from USA. As per available information 15,756 Indians were deported by US since 2009.
