"Then God, seeing that the wickedness of men was great upon earth and every thought of their heart was intent upon evil at all times, repented that he had made man on the earth." (Genesis 6:5-6) We find here that God repented for creating men on earth. God repented for the wickedness of men because these men are His creation, and therefore, He Himself being the Supreme Judge, is responsible for their inequities. God, filled with the whole justice of the universe, therefore, repented. And at the end of the repentance we see the Almighty One on the cross at Golgotha. "Christ died for our sins."
