HOW TO TACKLE ANTISOCIAL ELEMENTS
Any person as a habit or intention commit offence to disrupt peace in the society or in the country as a whole is called antisocial element. There is no any reliable data or statistics available to measure the depth of antisocial activities anywhere in the world. However, in general children and youngsters are falling victims of antisocial elements anywhere in the world. Narcotics are largely handled by antisocial elements. For earning petty money they persuade young ones to use narcotics. Once used, that one cannot return to normal life easily. Wide varieties of narcotics are largely spread in different states of India. The tiny state of Kerala alone, over 30,000 narcotics cases were registered by the police in the past year. Over 500 cases are being registered in every district of the state according to the media reports. The states like UP, Maharashtra, Punjab etc are either equal or ahead of Kerala.
Antisocial elements are deeply involved in every field of the society. Their roots can be found in politics, religion, educational sector, business communities etc. Whoever it may be or wherever they are, their prime target is destroy the peace of the society. Even the best coffee can be spoiled by a grain of salt. There are many in the world who are targeting the collapse of a good number of countries. They pick up the younger generation of the country to achieve their goals.
How to tackle and prevent antisocial elements? A multiway system should be adapted for this. It should be first taught in the schools. Every society is facing some issues always. These should be straight away included in the school syllabus. The cause of the problem, the source and the treatment should be discussed in the classes from class 4 to class 12. So that the society of tomorrow shall be free from this issue. This is about all that wrong taking place in our country. If a close follow up is maintained in the syllabus of the above said classes by appropriate alterations well in time many of the antisocial activities can be eradicaed from the society.
Another means to get rid of antisocial elements from the country itself is nothing but stringent punishments. Necessary reformation should be made in our law from time to time. Antisocial elements should not be allowed to wander through public places at will. We may also think about an open jail. Habitual criminals should be put in this jail for 6 months/ one year period. Here these habitual criminals may be tried to rehabilitate with the help of continuous classes by psychologists, senior police officials etc. Another ground provided for antisocial activities is by political parties for their individual gains. This also should be checked with the introduction of proper laws within the constitution.
If we try to refine our democratic system as per the needs of 1.46 billion people of our country we can make our country a peaceful one and one of the richest in the world with no one below poverty line, no unemployed one and all families will have houses and enough food. Above all when antisocial elements are eradicated women in India will be fully safe anywhere in the country.
