RICH ARE POOR IN HAPPINESS

New research shows that the richer we get the less happy we become. It is not just adults who are impacted by this wealth and unhappiness theory but children too face this state of mind. Children of the affluent families who can have many things at wish are generally not contented and happy. Most of such children are affected by depression. When more money comes, more wants too come. More posh goods and more super services added to the list of wants. Above all, they start compare themselves with others in their social circle.

Researchers have found that the rich are less generous as they are isolated from the society and mingle with less individuals who need some help. While money provide access to valuable products, services and experience, generally these are not enjoyed by the rich. The rich too are susceptible to fear, pain, worry and negativity like many others but they have a poor mindset to overcome these like a poor man.

What bring them more suppression is their unreasonable spirit of competition. They are reluctant to allow competitors to overtake them. This may not be possible all the time. And they cannot withstand the defeat.
