GREAT RESCUE OPERATION!

On Monday the 7th February 2022 morning a three member trekking group set out to climb the Cherad hill, Malampuzha, Palakkad district. The subsequent events made the people of the state breathless for over 48 hours. Thousands of people from Kerala and from different parts of the world witnessed live transmission in TV, one of the greatest rescue operation Kerala has ever seen. The 23 years old youth named Babu who was injured from a fall and held up on a cliff about 600 Mtrs from ground level was finally saved by the Mountaineering squad of the Indian Army. These are the moments that make every Indian proud of our Army. To save the life of an unheard human being the army personnel risking their lives finished the great venture successfully in a few hours.

Kudos to the Mountaineering Squad of Indian Army! Every Malayali will be proud of this great act!
