The figures shown above are really serious in a state like Kerala. The output of the highly literate state is crime in such density! The situation warrants adequate steps by the entire law and order machinery to bring peace into the state. If women is not safe in our state, there is certainly something seriously wrong in our educational system. We must immediately look for a revamping our educational structure as a whole. Parallel to this we must take adequate measures to eliminate corruption from the society as corruption is the major contributor for commuting crime.

All Sociologists, Educationalists, Religious leaders, Political leaders and Judiciary may sit together and find ways and means to make Kerala a crime free state.
