WHAT IS BEHIND THE SPURT OF COVID19 IN KERALA NOW?

What we did at the early stages to contain the pandemic when it had wide spurt in other states? What we don't do when the spurt is found here for some time now?  There are certain reasons for these. It is the medical community to detect the causes.

It is an unwritten law practiced the world over that when a system is successfully working no one dare to disturb it. If we look at this aspect too we shall have a better clarity on the matter.
