COVID 19 - WE SHOULD ACT MORE


If we evaluate the action taken to control the pandemic we can only say; so far so good. It does not mean that we have prevented the spread of the dangerous virus. As per the current reports the number of patients are sharply increasing. We should not loosen up the stringent measures taken so far. We have many things to do now. Until this moment we could not strictly implement personal distancing. Crowds are reported from different parts of the country. Man to man distancing should be strictly implemented. We must also put efforts to manufacture indigenously cheap masks, gloves, ventilators and all necessary personal protective equipments on top most priority. Further to all these We must keep ourselves ready to meet any emergency situation. We must, therefore, look for more space, more beds and more medical personnel as the contingency can be expected any time.We should always keep in our minds that we are now sitting under the Sword of Damocles.
