INTERPRETATION OF LAW IN INDIA

While going through the media reports or watching the political discussion on a particular subject one get the feeling that our law can be interpreted to choices. This is further underlined when different opinions are expressed by different members of jury appointed on a particular matter. Similarly, there is a firm belief that if a case is pleaded by a lawyer of repute the outcome will be different than by a lawyer of not so repute. Such instances show that our law can be interpreted to choices. If it is so, can we do something to make our law uninterpretable, should be thought by experts of the law.
