MOST DELICIOUS AND LAVISH FOOD IN THE WORLD


When we look for most diverse and flavoured food in the world the following countries can be ranked on top. Usually Italy is ranked number one for Italian cousine is celebrated for its fresh ingredients. Classic Italian dishes like
Neapolitan pizza and pasta are liked by people from different parts of the world.

Japan is the other top country for food in the world. Japanese.cuisine is acclaimed for its precision and delicate flavour. Japanese dishes like sushi, sashimi and ramen are renowned throughout the world.

Mexican food too is largely liked by the world over.  It is a blend of indigenous ingredients like corn and chili with Spanish influences, seen in dishes like tacos and enchiladas 

As far as varieties of food is concerned Kerala food cannot be side lined in any international ranking of culinary is concerned. Idly with coconut - chilli is a centuries old breakfast of Kerala which is liked by people of other southern states as well as almost the entire people of India. Appam, puttu etc are also popular throughout India. 'Avial' a dish with a mixture of different vegetables with a unique taste is world renowned food preperation of Kerala. There are also hundreds of fish dishes  served in different parts of the state. Another area of unique cooking is hundreds of varieties of pickles having excellent and unique taste.

Kerala can be called world pantry for vegetarian and non vegetarian food. Since the state governments came to power from time to time could not rise to the occasion to popularise our food varieties,  we could not convert it into money and employment. If the ruling government can put some effort, not money, we can set hundreds of restaurants across the world and good number of people can be deployed in those and earn considerable amount of foreign currency. Shall we do something?

(Bethlehem, Palestine - Where the silver star is found, is the exact place Jesus Christ was born) The   records suggest that the Christmas was first celebrated on 25 December 336 CE by the Catholic Church in Rome. However there are much to say that Christmas was celebrated even before that. Now it is the USA is the country where Christmas is most widely celebrated in the world. Other most celebrated countries are Finland, Ireland, Norway and Japan. While Japan is a Shinto and Buddhist country they celebrate Xmas with stars, decorated trees, wide variety of food etc. In Finland there are Santa Claus village, Santa park and Santa work shops. HOW IS THE REAL KERALA PEOPLE?

This  is not being written with the help of any approved statistics but from quite extensive experience. I have widely travelled in India and mingled with people from different regions. The people of Kerala are gifted with a super status in literacy. I don't think it is a great achievement. If all the Indian states have the literacy standard of LKG, Kerala is at UKG. That much is the difference. Kerala is nowhere near the advanced countries of the world There is no society in the world who prevent their own economic development, but Keralites are the one. During the past decades hundreds of industrialists came here with many proposals to start industries here but the people turned them away. A large group of South Korean industrialists came here with large novel proposal of household industries. They made this proposal considering two things; a) educated and skilled man power, b) scarcity of land. Though there was large scope for this the state has rejected it outright....
