CAN THE PEOPLE OF INDIA UPLIFT THE COUNTRY?

Before answering this question we must know what is the power of the people in this largest democracy of the world. Democracy in India is established on four pillars like legislature, executive, judiciary and media. These four pillars are beleived to be resting on the 'largest area of land' called the great Indian population. If we study the nature of land for over 75 years we may find that it has become a marshy land.

Now we must put all out efforts to remove the water from this land and make it a levelled, strong and dry land where all the four pillars can be strongly erected. Whenever weakness was noticed in the pillars there were three external forces that were terribly influenced to spoil the land. First of these three damaging factors is excessive and aimless politics. As per the publication of Election Commission of India dated 23.09.2021, there were 2858 parties registered with the Commission including 6 national parties, 57 regional parties and 2796 unrecognised parties. If we bring these parties under the prevailing Indian socioeconomic conditions all these parties can be brought under three existing ideologies. Those are Socialists, Communists and Capitalists. Hence all these existing parties can be brought under three groups.

Then comes the next destructive social elements of our country and that is religion. While almost the entire population of the country fall in some religion, we have almost all religions in the world is available here. The top three religions of this country are, Hindu, Islam and Christianity. Of late, the purpose of religions have been deviated from God, love, justice, compassion etc and focused on politics, power, position, wealth etc. In the course of time  religions each other has developed  hatred among themselves just on political instigation .

And the third element that hampered all round development of our country in simple language is illiteracy. As per the available information about 25% of Indian population is illiterates. The state of Bihar with about 40% illiterates ranks first. In fact these illiterate population cannot understand the value of our democracy. They are also not able to realise when they are cheated and befooled by the crooked ones. However, without knowing the reality they become part of slowing down the progress of the nation. Therefore, unless we rectify and overcome these three categories of poor human beings, India cannot reach the top spot in the world.

Hence what we the people en masse need urgently do to uplift the country to the international level, we all should unitedly raise our voice to create the following laws immediately. If necessary, the constitution should also got amended by remaining ourselves within the framework of the Constitution and all relevant laws of the country

1. Amendment No. 1
All relevant laws of corruption should be got amended in accordance with the single law. "Anyone taking away any amount of money belong to the government in any form without prior approval by competent officials should be treated as corruption.and instantly be removed from service and awarded death penalty within the shortest possible time. The lost money should also be recovered from the culprit"

2. Amendment No. 2
Anyone commit rape or any serious sexual attack against women should be awarded 30 years jail term.

3. Amendment No.3 Graduation in any subject should be made the minimum educational qualification and it should be made compulsory within a period of 12 years. All below 30 years should be included in this project right now.

All legally available avenues should be found to get these three laws  properly enacted at the earliest. Our country may make a quantum leap in economic development, social order and a disciplined public behaviour under these laws. It will ensure that corruption will be eliminated, politics will be cleaned, religion will become a devine aspect to refine the society and education will bring more awareness in people.
