DOES THE UN DECREE REMAIN VALID?

UN Security Council declared some people by name as terrorists about three decades ago. USA priced $10 million for the head of a terrorist by name. To the best of the information available these decrees have not been neither rescinded nor even suspended. And now these so called terrorists are ruling a country. UN and US now remain as silent spectators.

Before taking such hard decisions, whether it is UN or US, it must be ensured that such so called terrorists are real terrorists in unequivocal terms and face the charges in International Court of Justice or any other appropriate courts. They should also hold the legal rights to apprehend them wherever and whenever they are surfaced. Failure to take appropriate action against such wanted terrorists will create dents on the sanctity of the supreme organisation like UN and their powerful body like the security council.

Finally the communist government have forced to impose curbs on the Trade Unions in the state to mitigate the unbearable actions taken by them. Trade Unions have come into being when employees were put on hardships by the employers. The time have been changed since then. Now it is our own government and our own laws. All safety, security and welfare measures are ensured for the employee of all types. No third party is now required to safeguard justice for employees. Appropriate forums are established for employees to register their complaints either singularly or jointly.
