KOHLI Vs RAHANE

Just concluded test series between India and Australia loudly spoken that Ajinkya Rahane is a winning captain. He is not only a lucky captain but also played well to snatch the amazing victory. It may however be unjust to compare Rahane with Kohli. Despite all said and done, a captain who has finished a series on a winning note  should be allowed another opportunity in the English series. Kohli being a high ranking international cricketer may also willingly approve this suggestion. Of course, Rahane is not to be compared with Kohli in batting or in performance as captain. Since Rahane is on a winning streak it would be better if Kohli himself may opt out of captaincy for the English tour.

Finally the communist government have forced to impose curbs on the Trade Unions in the state to mitigate the unbearable actions taken by them. Trade Unions have come into being when employees were put on hardships by the employers. The time have been changed since then. Now it is our own government and our own laws. All safety, security and welfare measures are ensured for the employee of all types. No third party is now required to safeguard justice for employees. Appropriate forums are established for employees to register their complaints either singularly or jointly.
