Different factors are evaluated to determine the strength of a country and most important of all is the GDP. The defence potential is another significant aspect considered. Natural resources, manpower, international relations etc also make one country powerful.

While China is superior to India in GDP and in war resources, in a full fledged war India has upper hand in many area and, therefore, the result will be contrary to China's expectations. But that is not the matter to be considered for the prosperity of a country. We must wake up and look around the world. We have excellent opportunities now. If we can utilise those in the right perspective we can raise our GDP significantly. We have such amount of natural resources and huge man power. If we can combine these effectively we can produce everything here and find market all over the world. Growth of GDP is a parallel thing.

Let us leave the dirty political games and concentrate on strengthening India. People are ready to be with the government if they are directed towards a brighter destination. Long tongue and big loudspeaker cannot make a country richer. If we want to cross China in all fields we must work hard. Government must open more and more avenues to the people. Let the central and state governments and the print and visual media may try to understand the fact that the chunk of our population is least interested in the ongoing political atmosphere of the country. If politics is so inevitable for anyone let it be limited to the period of election. The people shall certainly remain with the government who offer prosperity to them.
