DEMANDS OF JAYA BACHAN FOR OLD AGED INDIANS

                 Smt Jaya Bachan, M.P.

Smt Jaya Bachan is a renowned film actress herself and the wife of the great actor Amitab Bachan. Her son  Abhishek Bachan too is a successful Hindi film actor and her daughter in law Smt.Aiswarya Rai Bachan is former World Beauty Queen and well known actress in in Indian Cinema. Smt Jaya Bachan is in the upper house of the Indian parliament for over two decades. Though she has not held any significant position in Indian government or any political parties in the national level her time to time appearance in the social media gets large attention.

A small write up about the  old aged people of India has just appeared in the social media. She called the power centre to annihilate the old aged people if they cannot be maintained properly. Our government cannot give them a reasonable sum as pension. On the other hand if they owe the government any taxes like IT, Land Tax, Building Taxes etc it would be snatched away instantly from them. These old aged one if fell ill, our ruling community is never bothered to recall that they are the people who helped to build so much of hospitals in this country.

In many houses there are cars. When these old ones want to see a doctor,  buy some medicine or any urgent things, go to a temple or church,  and to do some urgent purchases it may not be as easy as yesterday. New laws are said to be formulated to bring down the period of renewals and also widen the medical bexaminations for them. Let us not forget that they are the people who managed the automobile industry yesterday, construction of roads and different traffic departments yesterday. According to available data 66% accidents occured when younger ones between the age of 18 - 34 were on the driver's seats. Does it mean that people of this age group will not be allowed to drive vehicles?

When the people of other countries behave with their old aged citizens  mercifully and sympathetically why we Indians see them by a wretched outlook may be beyond human conceptio. I think almost all political parties support this view. Today's young rulers and administrators must know that tomorrow they too will become old aged people and remain within the purview of their own created laws.

Finally we must be thankful to Smt Jaya Bachan for her practical suggestion to our political parties and their own elected
governments to either the so called old aged aged people may be allowed to live comfortably or may be annihilated from the existing society.
