ALL ROUND CORRUPTION

Cho Ramaswamy said once that corruption is an accepted philosophy of the Indian society. It must be a truth. We Indians, it seems, are not at all bothered about the all round corruption in our country. Many of our parliamentarians or legislative members are charged with criminal offences by police and cases are pending in various courts of the country. And they are the people formulating the law for us. Neither the government, nor the political parties are doing anything effectively to prevent corruption. Many of our politicians have publicly expressed that huge black money belonging to Indians are deposited in foreign banks. No one, it seems, is interested to repatriate this money back to India. Surprisingly, if brought, this money would be enough to eradicate poverty of millions of Indians. Unfortunately, no one is bothered about the poverty of Indians.

The huge price rises, substandard quality and widespread adulteration are the after effects of corruption. It is the people as a whole to come out and join together to eradicate corruption.
