The lowest reported homicide rate in the world is 0.2 per one lakh and the highest are El Salvador with 82.84 and Honduras with 56.52. Major factors contribute high rate of murder in a country are corruption among the authorities, poor rate of weapon control and a flawed system of justice. Democracy in India is established on four pillars like legislature, executive, judiciary and media. The  money which is not brought into the books of Income Tax department is said to be black money. In fact we do not have any accurate account of this money available in the country. It is the aftermath of the historically recognised ways and means of corruption. However as per various estimation the amount is considerably varied. According to a news report appeared in Malayala Manorama dated 31 July 2023, 13.13 lakhs women and children are missing from India during the years 2019,2020 and 2021.  Out of these 22,799 are from the most literate state of the country, Kerala. And the people's government is now ruling the state. The most pathetic state is that neither the central government nor the state governments give due significance for this issue. According to PEW Research Centre, using  data has estimated that in 2021 there were  134 million people in India had income of $2 or below per day. Another report by Sr Sai Manish of Business Standard updated on April 17, 2020 stated that as per the World Bank bench mark of poverty line $3.2 per day, 60% of Indian population or 812 million people are below poverty line in India. Practically what is observed in a democratic system is that the common man or more refined to say the citizen is nothing but a vote casting machine. He has no role in decision making, formation of law or implementation the law. He does not have any voice anywhere. If he finds something goes wrong, he cannot practically correct the same. Untill the law become intolerable, the corrupt may continue with their trades. If the corruption is committed by a government employee, he should lose his job for ever. He should be asked to pay penalty of about ten times of the amount involved in the corruptive activities. Such ones should be never considered for a government job in the future. He should also undergo a minimum imprisonment of five years. Same punishment should be triggered in the case of an elected member too. Therefore, the government has to take  two steps immediately. The eight weeks old baby boy, Charlie-John Taylor-Mullington said "hello" to his parents. His Mom Caroline 37 and Dad Nick 36 couldn't believe their ears when the word "hello" came from the baby's mouth. They instantly caught it on camera. Coffin maker There may not be many stories about people become rich overnight. Here we find a story of a coffin maker from Indonesia. He is  according to NDTV, a 33 years old man from Sumatra,  Joshua Hutagalung. When he went to sleep he was a poor one, but when he woke up in the morning he was rich by Rs 9.8 crores.
