Why China is interfering in the internal matters of India is not a secret any more. After Tibet, Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau China is all set to capture Pakistan. Poor Pakistanis do not know the billion dollar business of China. They have already spent a huge sum in Pakistan. Pakistanis just think that this to set them against India. While that too is one of the reasons, that is not the primary one. When Pakistanis realize the crookedness of their new friend, it will be too late. When India divided UP or Bihar or AP as per the provisions of our constitution, China did not come up with any comments. In a similar situation in Kashmir what made  China to stay behind Pakistan and make noice against us must be something to ponder for the over ambitious leaders of Pakistan. One rotten apple may spoil the whole lot. The Unnao accused must be the most rotten in the party basket. According to the media reports the party is still reluctant to throw away the spoiled one. This so called party representative is the replica of cruelty. All the party functionaries and representatives right up to the Prime Minister may keep themselves far away from him. In case anyone make any interference to bring him out harmless it will terribly damage the party as well as the government because the people are closely watching all that is talking place behind the curtain. Finally when the BJP government has taken the decision and complied with the constitutional provisions to officially announce as Kashmir is the integral part of India a section of political parties are raising voice against this.  BJP government might have taken decisions earlier which are not congenial to most of the people and, therefore, to many political parties too. Michel de Nostre-Dame is known all over the world as Nostradamus. He was a French astrologer, physician and seer. His book Les Propheties is a collection of 942 poetic prediction of future events. This book was first published in 1555. Nostradamus was born in France in 1503 and died in July 1566. He belonged to a Jewish family. On 1st July 1566 night, before going to sleep, Nostradamus told his secretary, Jean de Chavigny, "You will not find me alive at sunrise." The next morning he was found dead lying on the floor. All those incidents  took place in the university campus in Thiruvananthapuram recently put a few things under suspicion. They are:1) The academic ranking by the universities in Kerala 2) The sports quota allotment for government employment 3) Selection methods by the PSC. Since these are very much concerned with the common man, he wants to know whether our existing law allows the judiciary to voluntarily interfere in the matter and issue order for a thorough enquiry in the whole thing's including, i) calling for explanation from the government ii) the concerned ministers' default, if any iii) report from the university. There must be some officials who are responsible for this flaw. Since the people cannot expect any remedial measures from the existing political system they can only repose their faith in the judiciary. KV George
