NOSTRADAMUS ON KERALA

Michel de Nostre-Dame is known all over the world as Nostradamus. He was a French astrologer, physician and seer.
His book Les Propheties is a collection of 942 poetic prediction of future events. This book was first published in 1555.
Nostradamus was born in France in 1503 and died in July 1566. He belonged to a Jewish family.

On 1st July 1566 night, before going to sleep, Nostradamus told his secretary, Jean de Chavigny, "You will not find me alive at sunrise." The next morning he was found dead lying on the floor. Many of his supporters agree that he had predicted the Great Fire of London, the French Revolution, the rises of Napoleon, Hitler and Donald Trump, both world wars and the nuclear destruction of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The assassination of John F Kennedy, the Apollo moon landing in 1969, the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster in 1986, the death of Diana, the Princess of Wales in 1997 and the September 11 attacks on the world trade centre in 2001 also claimed to have predicted by him. Nostradamus made his people to swear that his grave would never be disturbed but 60 years after death his body was exhumed and a brass plaque was found on his chest stating the date and time when his grave would be opened and cursing the exhumers.

Indira Gandhi's Prime Ministership, assassination of Rajiv Gandhi, the fall of Congress party in 2014 and the formation of government by a party representing the majority community are also said to have found in the book of prophecies. It is claimed by many that a disaster in Kerala is predicted in the book. It says, that huge waves will rise from the mid of the earth that will become an earthquake and shake an upcoming city. Two mountains shall unsuccessfully resist and finally the river goddess will become red. This is interpreted as the break of the Mullaperiyar dam and subsequently the Idukki dam which will result into washing away of many villages and towns in the downstream right up to Kochi. This is said to be happened in 2020, July 6,7 and 8.

Since this cannot be scientifically confirmed no government may take any preventive measures to save the lives of an estimated 3.5 million people. If over 70 per cent of water from both the dams are discharged well before the predicted dates the imminent disaster can be avoided. If it is avoided the prediction becomes wrong.
