KERALA - STATE OF INDIA WITH UNLIMITED SCOPE OF DEVELOPMENT

Before looking ahead for economic prospects, the people of Kerala should look behind and find what is that pull them back from applying their might to build this state in par with advanced countries of the world. There is no hesitation to expose those hindrances here. The first among those is nothing but politics. The other two are corruption and interference of religion everywhere. Until we get rid off these three unwanted interferences we cannot even imagine about economic development in international level.

Until the people confine their political activities to the voting day, all political parties shall play with their lives. People as a whole should never enter into active politics. You can follow any ideology and accept and applaud any party, but think twice before spending your time and effort for them. Next important thing one must strictly follow is neither accept nor give bribe.  Do all your best to eliminate corruption from our society. As and when necessary approach the judiciary to get rid off this cancer from our society. Then come the religions. Interference of religion in every aspect of social life need to be discouraged.

The power of our country is the vast natural resources we have and the huge population available to exploit those. Unfortunately our leadership fail to identify these and coordinate properly for the economic growth of the nation. China is a clear example in front of us. They carried the Communist ideology for quite long. The moment they recognised the illusion of Communism they shifted into market economy. Now China is a capitalist country. There are over 1000 billionaires in China, whereas US has only above 600. China has succeeded in utilising its vast population to raise the GDP and they could attain it. Our country is still thinking on it. However, if the state of Kerala can organise things properly and in a fast manner it is not too far our GDP per capita will rise to the level of advanced countries. What we want is not a speaking leadership but an acting one. Also we need a disciplined lot to follow the government.
