ROLL CALL

1400 million people are being played down by a few hundred so called leaders. It is like a few eye lashes of the elephant think that those put together can become bigger than the whole elephant. It is high time for the large majority to rise and make a roll call for themselves. Every wasted second may cost heavily.

If wealth of a country is the natural resources available and the people available to exploit those, India is one of the richest countries in the world. But the wealth brought out so far have already been cornered by a few hundred people. They are getting stronger with more tools like unfamiliar ideology and unheard philosophy. In order to understand more about Indian politics one must look back to the midnight of August 15, 1947. When the elites of the contemporary politics were celebrating the independence of the newly formed nation at the Central Hall of Indian Parliament, the prime one behind the creation of that occasion, Mahatma Gandhi was walking through the streets of Kolkata to give consolation to the victims of communal violence.

At least 70% of the people of our country comprising of agricultural and industrial workers alongwith all unemployed should come to the open to dictate terms. We must put all efforts to bring a two party system here. Let it be any party. It is not the party that matters but the number. It should be strictly confined within two. Now in our country anyone can make any number of parties and shift from one to the other at will. This is the prime cause of crime and corruption in our country. We must find an end to this hundred party politics. The two party system will make an end to political bargains and bring down the number of leaders. Good and bad may become identifiable.

Under the prevailing form of democracy, at least a minor change like a two party political system is not introduced, we will have no right to ask for anything in this country. The poor may become poorer and the rich may become richer. Just concede, concede and concede will be the only alternative.
