RETIREMENT OF STAFF FROM KERALA GOVERNMENT SERVICES

Jubail Industrial City of Saudi Arabia

As per available reports 21,537 state government employees are to be retired in 2023. Under normal practice these numbers are reported to PSC and necessary new recruitments  are made. However, considering the present indigent financial situation, better not to refill these vacancies through PSC. Try to get the required number of staff from other departments. As per a rough estimation the annual salary of these staff works out to about Rs 215 Cr. At the present financial condition, the state cannot bear this amount. If a thorough search is made in all departments transfer can be sought for adequate number of actually needed staff. In order to get over the present financial situation we may have to adjust with the situation.

Alongwith the above arrangement for government staff, we may look for new avenues for creating jobs in private sector. If the existing resources are properly availed we may be able to deploy over two lakhs qualified youth in various fronts. Leave alone politics and come to the forefront to serve the people. Never ending opportunities shall be kept opened continuously.

All good wishes to the government!
