CAN INDIA BECOME THE RICHEST COUNTRY

        The Parliament of India

When there is a will there are numerous ways. What is that we lack to become richest in the world? We have enough natural resources and  we have more than enough man power to exploit those. Here, neither our government give them opportunity to work nor the people are willing to work. People want to earn without putting any efforts. That is what we have taught them through our age old culture! This free money habit is widely spread in our entire society from top to bottom. Even highly qualified or well plàced people have no hesitation in freely picking from others pockets. There are many media reports about ministers, parliament members, judges, civil service personnel placed at different positions involved in illegitimate monetory earnings. Only a negligible few were brought under the law. Our educational standard has brought us to this level that people may do any paltry things for a few chips.

Power and wealth has become the top most target of many politicians in our country. They may bring different gods for this purpose to the public places. The most dangerous thing is that politics has slowly replaced education. Alongwith this our customary norms and social justice have been erased. Women in Indian society is in a very dangerous situation according various police and media reports. In the 'Women Peace and Safety index 2021' India ranked 148 in 170 countries. This shows the plight of women in our country. Purity of our religions have been lost since long. As a whole if we let this society to wander like this, time is not far to witness continuous mass suicides by desperate human beings.

If we want to get out of this filthy situation and reach the top of the world, the only thing what we have to do is to throw out this destructive politics from our country. According to the latest report dated May 2023 by Election Commission, there are 6 national parties, 54 state parties and 2,597 unrecognised political parties in India. It may not be that easy to erase them overnight. There will be huge resistance from the present politicians who have many things at stake. We cannot wait for another Mahatma Gandhi to come and help us. It is our educated youth who must come forward to prepare the people for a positive change. Under this circumstances it would be preferable to look for the successful governance system of America; The Presidential system of government. We too can follow the same four years term.  We may copy down the whole thing because it is tried and tested. According to the political ranking of countries in 1996-2021 by Global Economy, India ranks 143 and USA 96, while Singapore and Newzealand in top five.

Now, how to get this done in India is to be extensively surveyed and discussed to find a smooth transfer. However, it should be done as per our constitution and as per the ratification of the Supreme judiciary. Put best efforts to get the support of Legislature, Executive and the Media too. With this transfer corruption can be brought down to considerable extent. Safety of women will be more as police may become more efficient. Political killings and disturbance will become zero. Law and order will be maintained more effectively. Religions shall be confined in the places of worship and shall not creep into public places.

Youth will have more opportunities for education at lower cost. Most educated youth will get suitable placements. Above all our youth will be saved from narcotics danger. Our agriculture and industry will improve considerably. And our GDP will make a quantum leap. Let us change and reach to the top peacefully.

(Dear readers may circulate this as much as possible.)
