GOD IN INDIAN ELECTION

Construction of Ram Temple at Ayodhya is a proposal surfaced before all elections. Once the election is over no one talks about this matter at all. This can be considered as a mere political gimmick.

God is the easily marketable commodity in India and our politicians are well versed in exploiting this market as and when they want. If the people remain to be ignorant in their tricks, our so called voting power do not deserve any sympathy. We Indians have become such simpletons that anyone can play on their forehead. If we fail to react at the appropriate moment we may have to pay heavily very soon.

Ram temple has become part of  the  election manifesto for many past elections and being continued this time too. While God is the private affair of every individual politicians make it a democratic institution. Neither the individual politician nor any political party to be accused for this situation. Each one of us is responsible for this. If we cannot correct ourselves we are going to be the sufferers. We must boldly ask them to get out of the holy places.
