The bloodiest period of history of the world belongs to the Communists. The highest number of killings made by a single ruler in the history of the world stands in the name of Mao Zedong in China. No  government in Kerala ever undergone such paucity of fund as of now. It must be the result of financial mismanagement. If we look at the available information from AG, the state finance wing as well as the Central Finance Minister it could be gathered that the State Government has not made adequate effort to collect the dues from the concerned. Simultaneously the state has made no effort to get the alloted fund from the Central Government and to enhance the revenue from new sources. Above all corruption is reported to be rampant in the state of Kerala. Over and above the continuous reports by media about large amount of corruption by people occupying significant position in the state, individuals are coming out with proof of corruption by these persons.
