CM's VISIT ON EDUCATIONAL DEVELOPMENT

While the Chief Minister of Kerala is visiting Finland and some other European countries with the intention of development of education in the state is appreciable, how much could be adopted from there is to be that matters. The prime factor in education in Finland is that no University of that country is asking for tution fees upto post graduation level. If that could be implemented in this state a good number of students will be benefitted.

More important than anything else, if three assurances can be given by the government, it would be a blessing more worthier than any other development in education. Attention of state and central government is kindly drawn to the following for implementation on top most priority.

1. Eradicate narcotics from all educational institutions.

2. Remove all political activities from all educational institutions. Stoppage of classes should not be allowed under any circumstances.

3. Following subjects may be included in the school syllabus from class 4 to 12.
Corruption in all levels, safety of women, alcoholism, cleanliness of the state, environmental pollution, prevention of public disobedience, road accidents, upkeep of democracy and religious equality.

If these fundamental things for the time being could be implemented our standard of education may have a quantum leap.
