Before treating a patient the doctor should have proper diagnosis. Now if we ask anyone about KSRTC, they may only say that it is not doing well. But what is the problem, the answer would be  simple. The Corporation do not have adequate fund to run the show. Is that the disease to prescribe the medicine? The prime symptoms noted are given here. While the private buses in Kerala have an average of below three employees per bus the state corporation has over six employees per bus. This excess staff strength should be brought down considerably. The surplus employees may be transferred to other departments. Similarly the mileage given per bus is an average of little above 3.5 km/litre in KSRTC whereas this is above this level in private buses. Find out the reasons for the low mileage in KSRTC and try to rectify the same. These two segments should be considered on priority. The eight weeks old baby boy, Charlie-John Taylor-Mullington said "hello" to his parents. His Mom Caroline 37 and Dad Nick 36 couldn't believe their ears when the word "hello" came from the baby's mouth. They instantly caught it on camera. Caroline filmed the interaction between Nick and Charlie as he repeatedly said "hello" to his dad. They all belong to Cheshire, England. Charlie must be the world's youngest talking baby. The people of Kerala is expected to have enough drinking water. But the fact is something else. As per available information about 65% of households of the state do not get pure drinking water. Of late it has been established undoubtedly. Drinking water for most of the inhabitants of Kochi city provided from the Periyar river. Almost all cities of Kerala is provided with drinking water water from the adjacent rivers. According to KSPCB there were 851 large and 951 medium industries in Kerala as on 2016. They all together discharge effluent to the tune of 6.5 million M³/day. 10 major industries in Kochi generating effluent about 57,000 M³/day.
