I have seen many judges evaluating the songs sung by the competitors. There was nothing unusual in the comments by those judges. The state do not have adequate finance to meet the day to day needs. In the absence of pension few people reported to have committed suicide and few others have started begging. In some department, salary too is held up. According to media reports many government hospitals do not have medicine to treat the patients. Surgery is suspended in some hospitals. Road accidents are mounting due to lack of maintenance of roads. There are such umpteen number of cases in the state. There is nothing seems to be at hand to overcome the existing dilemma. The antecedent of Knanaya Christians in Kerala begins from the arrival of the Syriac merchant Thomas of Cana (Knai Thoma) who led a migration of Jewish -Christians (early Syriac Christian) from the Mesopotamian province (today's Iraq) of Sassanian Persia (The Sassanian Empire encompassed all of present  day Iran and Iraq and stretched  from the Levant to the Indian subcontinent and from South Arabia to the Caucasus and the Central Asia) The original community consisting of about 400 people belonging to 72 families of 7 clans landed in today's Kodungallore of Kerala in 345 CE.
