How to evaluate the leadership caliber of a politician? We shall look at the three top guns of Kerala. He is very good at leading the government, but poor to lead the party; Sri Oommen Chandy. He has commendable success in leading the party, but miserably failed in leading the government; Sri Pinarai Vijayan. He was a sincere and loyal party worker, but a very poor party leader; Sri Kummanam Raja Shekaran. All the three are beyond rectification, but their respective parties are willingly accepting them.
